• By regularly updating its features, which can be downloaded at any time from our website, 
• By having regular contact with our customer service, when you need information or assistance, or want to give feedback on a package/module,
• By providing customer training sessions,offering precious time to review any issues in the field and better understand how to use our modules, and
• By holding the annual GRIF Club meeting, attended by RAMS engineers from all sectors.
