On November 27, GRIF had the pleasure of welcoming students from the University of Pau and the Adour Region (UPPA) for an immersive afternoon dedicated to innovation and future careers. 🤝
The event began with a presentation of TotalEnergies’ activities and the strategic role of GRIF in RAM studies (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) and reliability data analysis. These topics are essential to ensure the performance and safety of industrial facilities.
The discussions continued with several thematic workshops, allowing students to explore innovative subjects and ask questions directly to experts:
These sessions provided a tangible view of innovative projects and the skills sought in the sector.
Beyond technical aspects, this meeting was an opportunity to address key topics for students: how to craft a successful CV, what internship and apprenticeship opportunities exist at TotalEnergies, and which skills are particularly valued.
This afternoon allowed students to envision their future, discover the many facets of careers related to reliability, data, and innovation, and understand the importance of digital technologies in the energy transition.
A big thank you to all participants for their curiosity and engagement. 🌟
